If something isn’t right, we offer easy 14-day returns after delivery.! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return and refund policy is simple and fair.

Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at info.ewapi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info.ewapi@gmail.com.

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
